Aple Crisp
  • 4 C. pared, sliced cooking apples
  • ½ C. raisins
  • ¼ C. walnuts
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/3 C. flour
  • 1 C. uncooked rolled oats
  • ½ t. salt
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • 1/3 C. melted butter
Mix apples, raisins and lemon juice and spread in a greased baking dish. Combine flour, oats, walnuts, salt and brown sugar. Add melted butter. Mix until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
