Butterscotch Desert
  • 1 C. flour
  • ½ C. butter
  • ½ C. chopped walnuts
  • Mix above like a pie crust. Press into 9x13” pan and bake at 350 for 10 min
  • 1-8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • Whip and spread over HOT crust
  • 1 C. Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 ½ C. milk
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 ½ C. milk
Mix above ingredients together in one bowl. Pour over cheese mixture…cover with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts
