- 6 oz. plain goat cheese, flattened on platter or plate
1/3 C. each:
- Sundried tomatoes
- Black Kalamata olives
- Green stuffed olives
Chop above finely and mix together. Spread over goat cheese.
DRESSING:
- 3 T. Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 T. olive oil
- 1 t. chopped fresh thyme
- 1 t. chopped rosemary
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix above together and pour over olives.
NOTE: Ingredients can be made ahead and put on olives when ready to serve. OPTIONAL: Freshly chopped basil as a final topping.
