Goat Cheese Dip
  • 6 oz. plain goat cheese, flattened on platter or plate
1/3 C. each:
  • Sundried tomatoes
  • Black Kalamata olives
  • Green stuffed olives
Chop above finely and mix together. Spread over goat cheese. DRESSING:
  • 3 T. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 1 t. chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 t. chopped rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Mix above together and pour over olives. NOTE: Ingredients can be made ahead and put on olives when ready to serve. OPTIONAL: Freshly chopped basil as a final topping.
