Sausage Bisquits with Orange Marmalade
  • 1-lb pkg. of ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 pkg. flaky biscuits (10 in pkg.)
  • Orange marmalade.
Spray muffin tins with Pam. Take enough of the ground breakfast sausage and roll into a round ball and press into the size of a quarter. Fry the sausage until done. It only takes a few minutes.
Open and divide biscuits into individual biscuits and place in the prepared muffin tins. Take the cooked sausage and press the sausage into the middle of the biscuit so the dough forms around the sausage.
Bake at 325 for 10-15 min or until done. Add 1 T. of marmalade on top of the biscuit.
