- ½ C. chopped nuts (your choice)
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
Stir above together in small bowl and set aside.
- 1 pkg. Butter cake mix
- 1 pkg. Instant Pistachio pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 C. sour cream
- ½ C. vegetable oil
Mix cake mix and following ingredients until well blended. Pour ½ the batter into an ungreased angel food cake pan. Top with nut mixture, then pour remaining batter into pan.
Do not preheat oven Place pan in oven and set oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out cleanly. Cool before removing from pan.
