- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ C. milk
- ½ t. garlic powder or garlic salt
- ½ t. herbs (parsley, oregano, etc.)
- 2 C. Bisquick baking mix
Stir together; mix should be sticky to the touch but not runny. Drop by large tablespoons on greased cookie sheet or into small greased muffin pans. Put into oven on 425 for 8 minutes
Brush with melted butter with garlic added. Serve warm.
