Sweet and Savory Salad (a wonderful green dish for St. Patty's Day
  • l european cuke - either peel or 'fork' sides to remove part of skin - cut into chunks - dash of salt
  • l green melon - skin and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup Bob Evans Colonial dressing
  • teaspoon of fresh minced mint
Mix and refrigerate - after one hour, tip and drain off liquid and add 1/4 cup colonial dressing. Top with mint leaves
